Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At HS Buraq Logix, we strive to deliver top-tier software engineering, AI workflows, and design services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding project deposits, milestone payments, and cancellation requests.

2. Advance Deposits & Phase 1 Commencement

Initial advance deposits (typically required before project kickoff or Phase 1 scoping) are non-refundable once technical work, architecture design, or discovery phase has commenced. This covers dedicated engineering allocation, discovery planning, and initial resource scheduling.

3. Milestone Payments & Partial Refunds

• Completed & Signed-off Milestones: Payments made for completed and approved project milestones are strictly non-refundable.
• Unstarted Future Milestones: If a project is cancelled mid-way, any prepaid funds for future milestones that have not yet been started or worked on will be refunded in full.
• Hourly Engagements: For hourly retainers, refunds are granted only for unused pre-purchased hours.

4. Project Cancellation Process

Either party may cancel an active project engagement by providing written notice via email to hsburaqlogix.contact@gmail.com.

Upon receiving a cancellation notice, work will stop immediately, and a final invoice or summary of completed work versus remaining unused funds will be generated within 5 business days.

5. Intellectual Property Transfer on Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the client receives full intellectual property rights only for the specific milestones or work deliverables that have been paid for in full.
