These Terms of Service govern your use of the HS Buraq Logix website and any services described on it. By accessing this site, you agree to these terms. Specific engagements are additionally governed by a separate signed proposal or contract.
HS Buraq Logix provides software development and AI integration services, including but not limited to web and SaaS application development, backend and API engineering, enterprise software, and cloud infrastructure services. The specific scope, timeline and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this site by any third party.
Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, all content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and code samples — is the property of HS Buraq Logix and may not be reproduced without permission. Intellectual property terms for client work are defined separately in the relevant project agreement.
Project pricing, milestones and payment terms are set out in an individual proposal or contract prior to work beginning. Unless stated otherwise, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, and outstanding invoices are due per the agreed schedule.
HS Buraq Logix provides services on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or of delivered software, beyond the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

These terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction in which HS Buraq Logix operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from a specific engagement are additionally subject to the terms of that engagement's contract.
